The man beside the bed holds his gun on Drake. But the Danger Man distracts his attention for a split second by glancing quickly at the spot behind the man's left shoulder, and thrusts the bed forward with a push of his knee. The man loses his balance - and Drake knocks the gun from his hand. The room is full of arc lamps and tape recorders - all the equipment for brain washing!
