Picking up his umbrella, John Drake follows the man out of the NATO building, and is just in time to see him climb into a black Citroen DS. It is the work of a second to slip the radio dart into the breech of the umbrella handle and aim at the bodywork of the moving car. Drake presses the trigger in the handle, and the Citroen is now broadcasting a steady 'bleep bleep' which he can follow on his own car radio.
